I don't find english language gmail.com?

when write gmail.com in my address bar a website opens but in thai i need english language website.
I don't find english language gmail.com?
Sign in Gmail, click Settings at the top of the page, then select language and click Save Changes.
Reply:English should be the default language. Unless you computer or web browser are set to another language.
Reply:Try entering mail.google.com to see if you get the English language website.
